This marks the end of our campaign, and we would like to take the time to thank every single one of you for making this possible. We are still overwhelmed by the number of people that chose to participate in making this project a reality.

If the shipping address tied to your order is within Europe, the parcel will be sent from our headquarters in Sweden. All orders outside of Europe will be sent from our warehouse in the US.
Here are our expected shipping times:
Europe: 2-7 days.
North America: 1-5 days.
Rest of the world: 7-14 days.
Your parcel can be traced through a link provided in the previous email we sent you. Look for the email with subject "Your items for [Project Name] have shipped!".
EU CUSTOMERS: If you are an EU customer, we recommend tracking your parcel through your local postal system if possible, e.g. Royal Mail if you are a UK customer. Simply paste the tracking id into your local postal service's online tracking service.
If you have not yet received a tracking number: There are still a few late orders that have yet to be shipped, including those who were late in answering the survey. These orders should be sent out by the end of this week.

How to use your Page Anchor
1. Slide the pins into your book. Choose ~10 pages on each side and insert the pins into the book. Page Anchor's pins are perfectly formed to fit any book of your choice.
2. Change pages with ease. To turn the page, simply pull out your Page Anchor until the anchor is no longer in the way, then turn the page.
Relax and enjoy your book. Hold the book as you please, or don't hold it at all. Let Page Anchor ensure that your book stays open.

The first Page Anchors to our Super Early Bird backers have finally been shipped!
We have pushed hard to ship as early as possible & it has taken slightly more time to start shipping than we expected, but we will always prioritize quality over schedule in order to provide the best possible experience for you as a customer.
We are thankful for your patience during this Kickstarter campaign and can't wait to hear what you think of the Page Anchors. The rest of all orders are planned to start shipping in ~3 weeks.
If you're a Super Early Bird Backer, you will receive your tracking ID within a week. Remaining backers will receive their emails as soon as your orders are shipped. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions in the meantime.

Did you order any add-ons?
Did you add any extra Page Anchors, coasters, phone cases or tote bags on BackerKit? If you did and didn't have any extra credits to use, your card should have been charged at this point. If not, you can expect the charge to go through within the coming days.
We just charged all Super Early Bird backers cards for add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit. Make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting you know to correct your payment information.

Super Early Bird Page Anchors now ready to be shipped! ⚓

Dear backer,
We're happy to announce that we are almost done preparing the shipments of all Super Early Bird backers! All ~400 Page Anchors are now finished in our factory and are on the way to our warehouse and fulfillment center. As soon as the products arrive they will immediately begin shipping.
All other rewards (Early Bird and Kickstarter Support) are still expected to be done by the end of July. As always, we'll keep you posted in the process.

Your shipment
We've locked down all orders, which means that it's too late to change which products you want. The shipping labels have been printed, and your order will be sent to you as soon as the products arrive at our warehouse!
You'll receive your tracking ID when your shipment has been sent, but please keep in mind that it can take some time before the order arrives. Shipping normally takes 5-12 business days, but keep in mind that it can take both less or longer time depending on where you are from.
Due to most of our backers being from the United States, we are now collaborating with a fulfillment center and warehouse in the US to make your orders arrive both quicker and more smoothly.

Besides working on the manufacturing and logistics of Page Anchor, we're now also putting effort into revamping our webshop. Once the changes go live next month, you as a Kickstarter backer will receive early access & 15% off your order.

Dear backer,
We are finally rounding off the last steps of production for the Super Early Bird batch of products, which will start shipping in just 2 weeks. Remaining backers are estimated to start receiving shipping notifications in late July.
In order to move forward, we will need to lock down shipping addresses soon. That means you have until the end of this week (07/01) to update your shipping address and make changes in your BackerKit survey.
For those of you who are still in the small group of backers that has not yet locked down your product choices, we also urge you to do this as quickly as possible to avoid any shipping delays for your product(s).

By popular demand — the Obsidian Black Page Anchor gets a facelift ⚓✨

Dear backer,
By now, most of you have taken the time to answer our survey, which is awesome! If you are in the small group of backers that has not yet locked down your choice, we urge you to do this as quickly as possible to avoid any shipping delays for your product(s).
In other news, we have an exciting announcement to make. Throughout the Kickstarter campaign, we received several comments and messages regarding one of our new models: the Obsidian Black Page Anchor. The issue that was voiced revolved around the product's engraving, which in its current state contrasts heavily with the model's black plating.
Thanks to your feedback, we have put great effort into changing this. We are now close to completing a version with a much more subtle engraving that we think you will love. To clarify, this version will be replacing the old one with more visible branding.

What is the status on production?
As mentioned in the previous update, we started production for the first batch of products last month in an attempt to reach our aggressive shipping dates. While we are slightly behind due to the two weeks that Kickstarter needed to collect funds, no other issues have come up thus far.
Once we reach the deadline for locking down survey responses we will immediately proceed with the final manufacturing steps and begin shipping shortly thereafter.
